FORMULA DIRECTION
Turn product preferences into a reviewable formula brief.
Align intended use, texture, ingredient direction and packaging requirements before sample evaluation.
Formats shown are concepts for project discussion. What helps the technical review
Define use and format
Specify rinse-off or leave-on use, application area, frequency, customer profile and product format. The same ingredient idea can behave differently across a cleanser, serum, lotion or styling product.
Describe the sensory target
Share preferred viscosity, spread, dry-down, finish, fragrance and color, plus what should be avoided. Reference samples help clarify preferences but do not guarantee an exact match.
Review ingredients and claims
Ingredient names are starting points. Confirm exact identity and grade, use level, compatibility, preservation, stability, safety and evidence for the finished formula. Review claims and labeling for each destination market.
What helps the technical review
Provide the product role, target market, reference INCI if available, texture and fragrance preferences, packaging idea, claims under consideration and documents needed. Final INCI, formula specification, test plan and product claims require product-specific review.

Claims, documents, quantity and timing to review.
