PROJECT WORKFLOW
Move from an initial brief to clear project decisions.
Each stage records what is known, what needs review and what must be confirmed before the next step.
Formats shown are concepts for project discussion. What to prepare first
01 · Scope the request
Share category, market, customer, product formats, estimated quantity, target positioning, packaging preferences and documents required. We identify missing information before preparing the next discussion.
02 · Align product and pack
Shortlist product roles and format options, then review formula direction and packaging together. Feasibility, commercial terms and timing depend on the confirmed scope.
03 · Review samples and documents
Evaluate agreed samples against documented criteria for appearance, sensory feel, use and package function. Confirm formula, artwork, claims, tests and destination-market documentation for the selected items.
04 · Confirm the order scope
Record selected SKUs, specifications, packaging, quantities, approved artwork, required documents and agreed commercial schedule before production coordination begins.
What to prepare first
